Karen "KJ" (mother), Lauren (daughter), Julie (son's girlfriend) and LeeAnne (mum "down under")...We are thankful spirits and we share an enthusiasm for life. There is so much to love...
KJ has always been a painter. She teaches college Watercolor. KJ's favorite days are spent on the sailboat in Redondo Beach or on the family's Circle X Ranch in Mendocino County, California. The Eel River runs through it and the river holds a special place in her heart. She also likes things that sparkle and dressing up. KJ designed her Fine Art Jewels in the Summer of '06. The Jewels are truly precious; Original Art, Faceted Glass Crystals, encased in Sterling Silver Bezel Frames that are made exclusively for Fine Art Jewels in New Mexico.
Lauren has many interests that center around the water...sailing, diving, and swimming. These interests are reflected in her art. Lauren likes to travel and especially likes Fiji. She acquired her Bachelor of Fine Art Degree in Drawing and Painting. Currently she is pursuing a Master's Degree in Business. You can view Lauren's paintings at  www.laurensfineart.com. Lauren's images grace our jewels.
Julie is excitement. She exudes positiveness. Julie is fun because her optimism is so contagious. She has a creative mind and her ideas are inspiring. Currently, the animals of the world are on her heart..."Save the Animals" is her campaign.

LeeAnne would do anything for us. She has been an inspiration to us for many years and we are truly blessed to have her in our lives. When she starts something, she finishes it. Not only a shallow "follow through", she goes deep. LeeAnne studies and investigates. The paintings in LeeAnne's studies of Color Theory are true works of Art. Beautiful Byron Bay, Australia has been her home for fifteen years now. Oh, how we love to go visit! LeeAnne represents our Fine Art Jewels in Australia.

Our Artist Statements:

KJ Todd-
During the painting process, I lose my self...
A distinctive consciousness is realized. The
world disappears and I experience joy.
A deeper appreciation results...
an appreciation of Creation...contemplation...
"To what the eye can see, the artist
adds feeling and thought...adventures of his
soul in the midst of life": Nicolaides.
When a painting session ends I can feel
the shift- the shift from the spiritual
back to the physical...A record remains,
the painting itself. Sharing my paintings
is sharing my joy.

Lauren Jendrucko-
"Express Yourself" (Madonna)
For me, art is an expression of myself. My art is a combination of my dreams and dreams come true. When I was about thirteen, I watched Endless Summer 2 over and over. I loved the islands, surfing, the ocean and the boats. At that time I was in Northern California, Mendocino County, very different from my dreams. I would paint islands, surfers, waves and anything I dreamt of. I used photos to accurately represent the subjects. Now I am at a point in my life where a lot of my dreams have come true and I am experiencing the life I always wanted. My painting reflects the point I am in my life and my goal is to capture it in my artwork.
